Warranty Policy

We offer a 6-month warranty for retail products with manufacturing-related defects. Please note the following conditions:

• The warranty period is valid from the purchase date stated on the invoice.
• Applies only to defects resulting from manufacturing faults or production issues.
• Warranty does not cover mold or mildew caused by improper storage. Handmade products should be kept in a dry, well-ventilated place and away from direct water contact.
• Warranty is void if the product has been modified, misused, or tampered with.
• Customers must provide proof of purchase and clear images of the defective product to process warranty support.
